Any athlete knows the importance of being aware of the pressure points of the feet. These areas are hypersensitive to compression. Massage at these points can relieve tired feet.

One pressure point is the “achilles heel,” located right behind the ankle. Another is on the top of the foot, the soft part at the bottom of and between the big and 2nd toes. The “Yong Quan” pressure point is on the bottom of the foot, where it begins to arch.

Be sure to wear shoes and athletic shoelaces that are made with consideration to these pressure points.
