Bunions are hard lumps that can form at the joint of the big toe. Symptoms show as redness and swelling, and the pain can inhibit sports activities, and even casual movement from walking.

Bunions have been linked to improperly fitting shoes – high heels, and pointed shoes that cram toes into a small space.

Carrying and switching your weight a lot can contribute to the formation of bunions. Athletes can suffer bunions as a result of competing in running or lifting competitions. With our running laces, this won’t happen.

If not surgically removed, bunions can keep you from being comfortable in ordinary shoes and laces.
